Each and every student is blessed with different quality traits which may or may not cater to his academic needs. These needs are also called derived needs which are psychological. The job of a teacher is to facilitate the needs of the students by managing perception and delivering what is desired. This will ensure the quality of teaching and both ‘mine’ and ‘thine’ i.e. the teacher and the taught will be satisfied.
The workshop was very interactive and the teachers took full advantage of solving their queries.
The outcome of the workshop was that to be a successful teacher we must be aware of the individual need and then try to fill it in a positive, constructive and appropriate way.
